These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of dmacedu.in and the services offered by DMAC - Dhruv Medical Admission Counselling(“DMAC”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

DMAC provides guidance and counselling for NEET-based medical and dental admissions, including assistance with COMEDK, KEA and CET CELL processes for courses such as MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS and BPTh. We help with eligibility assessment, college shortlisting, registration, document preparation, choice filling and deadline tracking.

2. No guarantee of admission

Admissions and seat allotments are decided solely by the relevant authorities and colleges (such as COMEDK, KEA and the CET CELL) based on your NEET score, category, seat availability, applicable rules and the choices you make. DMAC does not control these outcomes and does not guarantee admission, a particular college, course, seat, fee or rank. Our role is to guide you through the process.

3. Information accuracy

College information, fees, seats and counselling timelines change frequently and are published by the respective authorities and institutions. We make reasonable efforts to keep information useful and current, but you should always verify critical details (fees, dates, eligibility) with the official source before acting.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Submit genuine documents and meet authority deadlines
  • Make your own informed decisions on college and course choices
  • If you are a minor, use our services with parental involvement

5. Fees

Our service charges are communicated to you transparently before you engage a paid service. Government and college fees are separate and payable directly to the respective authorities or institutions.
