What is the difference between COMEDK, KEA and CET CELL?

CET CELL is Maharashtra's authority that handles counselling for Maharashtra colleges. For medical (MBBS/BDS/BAMS) admissions, all three run on NEET scores, but each has its own registration, document verification and choice-filling process.
