This Privacy Policy explains how DMAC - Dhruv Medical Admission Counselling (“DMAC”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you use dmacedu.in (the “Website”) or our admission counselling services. We process personal data in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable laws.

When you submit an enquiry form or contact us, we may collect:

  • Student name and parent / guardian name
  • Mobile number
  • NEET score, category and course preference
  • State you are from and preferred college state
  • Any message or details you choose to share

We do not collect payment card details through this Website.

2. How we use your data

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide counselling guidance
  • To prepare college shortlists and assist with counselling
  • To contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your admission
  • To improve our services and respond to grievances

We process your data based on the consent you provide when submitting a form, and for the legitimate purpose of delivering the service you requested.

3. Minors

Many of our enquirers are students who may be below 18 years of age. If you are a minor, please submit your details only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. We rely on such parental consent for processing a minor's data and do not knowingly use a minor's data for any purpose other than providing the requested counselling guidance.

4. Sharing of data

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share limited data with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example, our content and form infrastructure), only to the extent needed and under appropriate safeguards. We may disclose data if required by law.

We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to provide guidance and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and record keeping, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
